For those that have been with the group for awhile the next training cycle (6 months spring races) will have some new workouts that I have been pondering so something new and exciting YEE HAW!!
Don't forget that we'll meeting back at Super Jock n Jill for our Saturday morning runs stating this Saturday 11/20. Saturday is also the stores anniversary sale (15% off) and they will have an early morning run along with coffee and snacks that you might be able to par take in.(depending on how long your runs is)
